Quotes depend on the number and type of documents, issuing authority, destination country, required certifications, shipping, and urgency. West Industrial service fees are identified separately from government, notary, translation, courier, and shipping charges whenever applicable.

Frequently asked questions
Can you issue an apostille?
No. Apostilles and authentications are issued by the appropriate state or federal authority. We provide independent document support and logistics coordination.
Should I send my original document through the website?
No. The online form is only for basic request details. Do not submit Social Security numbers, identity-document numbers, payment-card details, or document images. Secure delivery instructions are provided only after the request is reviewed.
Do all documents follow the same process?
No. The path depends on who issued the document, where it was issued, the destination country, and how the document will be used.
Is translation included?
Translation, notarization, certification, courier service, and shipping are separate unless they are specifically listed in the written quote.
Can you guarantee acceptance?
No. The receiving country, requesting organization, and issuing government authority make the final decisions.
