This notice explains how West Industrial Services LLC handles information submitted through this website.
Information collected
The apostille request form may collect your name, organization, email, telephone number, preferred callback time, general document category, issuing state or agency, destination country, document count, target date, and a general description of the request.
Do not submit sensitive information
Do not submit Social Security numbers, passport or driver’s-license numbers, payment-card information, account passwords, full identity records, or document images through the website. West Industrial provides separate instructions if sensitive documents are needed after an initial review.
How information is used
Information is used to review the inquiry, contact you, prepare a quote, coordinate requested services, protect against misuse, and maintain necessary business records. It is not sold.
Form delivery provider
The request form uses FormSubmit, a third-party service, to transmit the form to West Industrial’s business email. Information submitted through the form is therefore processed by that provider in addition to West Industrial. If you do not want to use the form, call (757) 362-4578 or email westindustrialservicesllc@gmail.com.
Sharing
Information may be shared with service providers or authorities only as reasonably necessary to deliver an approved service, comply with law, prevent fraud, or protect legal rights. A request form alone does not authorize West Industrial to submit a document to an agency.
Security and retention
Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used, but no email or internet transmission is guaranteed secure. Information is retained only as reasonably needed for the request, business records, dispute prevention, and legal obligations.
